Returns

You would like to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the delivery date.

The exchange or return can be done quickly and easily by following the steps below:

1. send us an e-mail to info@lr-merch.com. We will then send you the return instructions. 

2. we will provide you with a returns form. Please fill this out as clearly as possible and enclose it with your return package. 

3. hand over your parcel to a carrier of your choice within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. 

4. after we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by email.

LR-Merch does not offer refunds for items purchased in a clearance sale or with a discount. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for a shop credit.
